Mary Marx has enjoyed a successful real estate career as a leader and innovator with major investment and brokerage firms including Cushman & Wakefield, Transwestern, The Voit Companies, Tishman West and Equitable. Following 30+ years in senior level positions handling commercial real estate for institutional investors, Mary is now pursuing her passion for assisting clients with their residential real estate requirements.

She is also a member of Winewomen psp, a charitable nonprofit organization that supports local charities in the desert; and is an active member of the Palm Springs Chamber of Commerce.
A licensed real estate Broker in the State of California and a Certified Property Manager (CPM) through IREM, Mary is also a Past President of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Greater Los Angeles, a 1,400 member organization representing 144 million square fee of commercial property. She is an active member of California Association of Realtors (CAR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR) in addition to her membership in various other real estate and professional organizations.
